Why Dubai pools need a specialised pool maintenance company
Dubai's heat evaporates pool water fast, concentrating chemistry and stressing equipment. Sand and dust load the filter, sunscreen and oils raise chloramines, and untreated salt cells scale over within months. Generic 'clean once a month' contracts from low-cost pool companies in Dubai don't keep up.
Our AMC is built around the way water actually behaves in Dubai — frequent enough that algae never gets a foothold and chemistry never spikes. It is what villa owners look for when comparing swimming pool companies in Dubai on real service quality, not just price.
What a good AMC should include
Look for: clear written scope, listed chemicals and dosages, equipment inspection checklist, weekly visit log, and a defined response window for faults. Anything less and small issues turn into expensive repairs.
Repairs and refurbishment
Beyond AMCs, we replace pumps, sand and cartridge filters, salt cells, heaters, lighting, tiling, and waterproofing — for both new installations and pools previously serviced by other providers.
Chemicals we use and why
Pharmaceutical-grade calcium hypochlorite for chlorination — it's the most stable form in UAE heat and doesn't add stabiliser load over time. Sodium bicarbonate for alkalinity adjustment, muriatic acid (handled by trained staff only) for pH correction, cyanuric acid stabiliser to protect chlorine from UV, and polymeric clarifier for occasional water polishing. We dose by water-test reading, not by calendar — and every visit ends with a written chemistry log.
Pool refurbishment scope
Beyond weekly maintenance, we handle full refurbishments — re-tiling, re-grouting, replacement of failed waterproofing, pump and filter upgrades, salt cell replacement, LED retrofit and complete equipment-room rebuilds. Most refurbishments are completed in 2–4 weeks depending on scope.
Communities we service
AMC and one-off cleaning across Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, Al Barari, MBR City, Jumeirah Golf Estates, JVC, JVT, DAMAC Hills, Tilal Al Ghaf, Mirdif, The Springs, The Meadows, The Lakes and the wider Dubai. Community-pool contracts include lifeguard coordination and DM compliance reporting where required.
