Why Dubai AC needs proper maintenance
Dubai AC systems run 8–10 months a year against extreme load. Skip quarterly servicing and three things happen: filters clog and airflow drops, condensate drains overflow and ceilings stain, and gas pressure slowly drops until cooling fails on the hottest day of the year.
Our AC AMC is built around quarterly visits — clean, gas check, drainage flush, thermostat function, and a documented log so the next visit picks up exactly where the last one left off.
Repairs, retrofits and new installations
Beyond AMCs we handle gas leak repair, compressor and PCB replacement, full FCU and ducted system replacement, duct cleaning and indoor air quality work. For renovations we install new split, ducted and central HVAC systems sized to the actual cooling load — not just a copy of the old system.
AC service intervals that actually matter in Dubai
Dubai's dust, humidity, and 8-month cooling season punish AC equipment far harder than European or US conditions. A proper preventive schedule is: monthly filter clean April–October, quarterly coil clean year-round, half-yearly drain-line flush and condensate pan service, annual gas-pressure check with leak test, and 18-monthly full deep-clean including blower wheel, evaporator and condenser. Skipping any of these is the difference between an AC that lasts 12 years and one that dies at year 6.
AC types and brands we service
Split systems (wall, ceiling-cassette, ducted), VRF/VRV systems, chilled-water FCU and AHU systems, packaged units, and central plant. Brands we regularly handle include Daikin, LG, Carrier, Mitsubishi Electric, Trane, York and O-General. Installations include proper refrigerant pipe sizing, condensate routing with anti-backflow trap, and electrical isolation to DEWA standard.
Energy savings from clean equipment
A villa with neglected AC commonly consumes 30–45% more electricity than a maintained one for the same comfort. Annual deep-cleans plus quarterly servicing typically save AED 3,000–7,000 per year on a 4-bedroom villa — more than the cost of the AMC itself.
