Electrical works for Dubai villas and buildings
Older Dubai villas frequently still run on undersized DB panels with no proper RCD protection on bathroom and kitchen circuits. New tenants overload the panel with extra ACs, water heaters and EV chargers, and the result is tripped circuits and unsafe wiring. We upgrade the panel, segment loads properly and add RCD protection where it's missing.
For new fit-outs we design lighting circuits, sub-metering, low-voltage data and CCTV cabling, and emergency lighting from scratch.
Garden and landscape lighting
We install 12V LED garden lighting — spike lights, bollards, step lights and feature uplighters — wired to weatherproof transformers and smart controllers. Coordinated with our landscaping team so cables are laid before paving goes down, not retrofitted afterwards.
Electrical works under DEWA standards
All wiring uses BS-rated cable sized to circuit load with proper de-rating for Dubai ambient temperatures. Distribution boards include RCBO protection on socket and bathroom circuits, dedicated surge protection at the incoming, and labelled circuit schedules. Lighting circuits separate from socket circuits; dedicated dryer/oven/AC circuits to manufacturer spec. Earthing and bonding inspected and tested before energisation.
Smart-home electrical and lighting design
We design and install lighting layouts that move beyond the standard developer 'one bulb per room' approach — layered ambient/task/accent lighting, dimming circuits, scene control, exterior architectural lighting, and integration with leading smart-home systems where requested. Cabling done at first-fix so the system is invisible and future-proof.
