Paving that doesn't sink or shift
Most interlock failures in Dubai come down to skimped sub-base — paving laid directly on filled ground that settles within a year. We compact a graded crushed roadbase in layers, lay a screed bed to a true level, then install pavers with proper joint sand and edge restraint. Done right, the surface stays true for 10+ years.
Kerbstones are precast, set on concrete haunching and back-jointed for long-term lateral stability. Asphalt work — driveways, repairs and community roads — is laid hot and rolled to specified compaction.
Scope of paving work
Villa driveways, courtyards, pool decks, walkways and pergola surrounds. Community common areas including walkways, parking bays and access roads. Asphalt patch repair for damaged community roads and shared driveways. We also supply and lay decorative materials — porcelain outdoor tile, natural stone slabs and decorative gravel.
Paving and external works scope
Interlock paving (60mm for pedestrian, 80mm for vehicular) over compacted sand on a properly prepared sub-base — settlement and pooling are sub-base failures, not paver failures. Asphalt overlay and full asphalt construction for driveways, parking and roadways. Pre-cast and cast-in-place kerbstones with proper jointing. Block paving sealing for stain resistance. Line marking for parking and play areas.
Drainage and finishing
Every paved area needs proper falls (1:60 minimum) toward drains, channels or planted zones — flat paving holds water and accelerates failure. We design and install linear channel drains, point drains and soakaways as part of the paving scope, not as an afterthought.
