Tiling that survives Dubai use
Bathroom tile failures in Dubai usually trace back to one of three things: substrate not prepared properly, wrong adhesive for the tile size, or no waterproofing under the tile. We install on a fully prepared, primed and waterproofed substrate using polymer-modified adhesives sized for the tile format.
Outdoor and pool deck tiles must be anti-slip rated and freeze-thaw stable. We don't install indoor-rated porcelain in outdoor locations even when clients ask — it will spall within two summers.

Full villa floor laying, bathroom strip-out and re-tile, kitchen floor and splashback, pool deck installation, commercial floor tiling, and tile patch repair for damaged areas. Natural stone work includes cutting, polishing and sealing.
Tile and flooring options we install
Porcelain tile (large format up to 1.6m), natural stone (marble, travertine, basalt), engineered timber and laminate, vinyl/SPC, ceramic, mosaic and feature tile, epoxy and microcement floors. Wet-area tiling installed over proper waterproof membrane with correct falls to drains. Large-format tile uses notched-back and grid spacers to guarantee flat finish without lippage.
Substrate preparation that determines lifespan
Hollow tiles, cracking grout and lifted edges all trace to substrate preparation: levelling, priming, correct adhesive choice for tile and substrate combination, expansion joints at the right intervals, and curing time before grouting. We document the prep so you know the floor will still be flat in 10 years.
