Approvals, loading and code compliance
Industrial and commercial mezzanines in Dubai usually require Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence or Trakhees approvals depending on the location and use. We prepare the structural drawings, fire-rating documentation (encasement, intumescent coatings, sprinkler integration where required), and submit on your behalf. Materials, finishes and lead time

Finish options: red oxide primer + 2-coat enamel for industrial, full powder-coat for visible architectural mezzanines, intumescent fire-rated coating where required. Decking: 18mm structural plywood + finish, 22mm chequer plate, open steel grating or precast concrete plank. Typical lead time 3–6 weeks from order to handover for a standard 100–300 m² mezzanine.
