MEP works coordinated under one team
Most MEP problems on Dubai sites come from three trades blaming each other. We work as one technical team — mechanical, electrical and plumbing crews coordinated by a single project manager — so the AC contractor isn't waiting on the electrician who's waiting on the plumber.
Scope ranges from villa-level upgrades (new DB panel, AC retrofit, plumbing replacement) to full fit-out MEP for offices and retail, and ongoing AMC for buildings.
Typical MEP scope
Mechanical: split and ducted AC install, FCU/AHU service, ventilation, extract and kitchen exhaust. Electrical: DB upgrade, lighting circuits, sub-metering, emergency lighting, low-voltage data and CCTV cabling coordination. Plumbing: re-piping, manifold systems, hot water, drainage and sanitary fit.
Every scope is documented on a single MEP drawing set so the client has one as-built reference at handover.
Scope of MEP works we deliver
Mechanical: HVAC ducting, FCU and AHU installation, chilled water piping, ventilation, kitchen extract systems. Electrical: distribution boards, wiring (BS 6004 / 7211 compliant), lighting circuits, DEWA load coordination, earthing, emergency and exit lighting. Plumbing: copper, PPR and uPVC piping, hot/cold distribution, sanitary ware, drainage, water tanks, booster pumps. All works delivered to Dubai Municipality and DEWA standards with full as-built documentation at handover.
When you need proper MEP coordination
Any villa renovation that touches kitchens, bathrooms, AC or major lighting needs proper MEP coordination — not just a handyman moving a socket. Poor MEP work is the number-one reason renovations get rejected at DM inspection and the number-one cause of insurance refusals after fire or water damage. We bring qualified, DEWA-aware engineers and licensed tradesmen on every job, with shop drawings before any pipe or cable goes in the wall.
