Boundary walls done properly in Dubai
A boundary wall has to handle ground movement, occasional heavy rain, salt corrosion at coastal plots and wind load on tall sections. We build on a properly sized concrete footing, reinforce vertically every 2m, and finish with plaster, paint or stone cladding as the design needs.
For villa communities (Emaar, Nakheel, DAMAC, Meraas) we work to the published community design guidelines so the wall passes the community NOC first time.
Fencing and gates
Aluminium and steel fencing options include slatted, mesh, perforated and laser-cut decorative panels. Gates can be sliding or swing, with automated motors, intercom and access control. We finish all metalwork with marine-grade primer and powder coat for Dubai conditions.
Wall and fence systems we build
Solid concrete-block boundary walls with proper foundation, expansion joints every 6m, render and paint finish. Decorative cladding options include natural stone, GRC panels, fluted concrete and timber-look composite. Metal fencing in galvanised + powder-coated steel or aluminium — vertical-blade modern designs, ornamental traditional, and pool-safety compliant heights. Gate automation with backup battery and remote/keypad/intercom integration.
Approvals and community rules
Most Dubai communities have boundary-wall design rules — height, finish, colour, gate style. We check community guidelines and submit drawings for NOC before mobilising so there are no demolition orders later.
