Plumbing problems that are normal in Dubai
Hard water scales heaters within 12–18 months, salt-laden air corrodes exposed fittings, and older villas frequently still run on galvanised pipe that's now well past its service life. Most plumbing call-outs we attend trace back to one of those three things.
We carry the common spares — solenoids, mixers, traps, flush valves, heating elements, pressure switches — so most jobs are completed on the first visit rather than waiting on parts.
Scope of plumbing services
Routine: tap and mixer replacement, flush valve service, drain unblocking, water heater service. Major: full re-piping of villas with failed galvanised lines, replacement of pressure pumps, water tank cleaning, hot water system upgrades. We coordinate with civil and tiling crews when the scope opens floors or walls.
Common Dubai plumbing problems and how we fix them
Low water pressure across the villa usually traces to a failing booster pump, scaled-up tank outlet or partially blocked PRV — we diagnose with pressure readings at multiple points rather than guessing. Slow drains and recurring blockages need camera inspection to confirm whether it is a venting issue, a fall problem, or root ingress in the external line. Hot-water inconsistency in larger villas is often a balancing-valve or recirculation-pump issue, not the geyser itself.
We carry common spares — pressure-reducing valves, gate valves, ball valves, PPR fittings, geyser elements, thermostatic mixers — so 80% of call-outs are fixed in one visit. For major works (re-piping, tank replacement, sewerage modifications) we quote in writing with a fixed timeline before mobilising.
Emergency plumbing and AMC coverage
Burst pipes, major leaks, blocked main drains and tank failures are handled as priority call-outs. AMC clients get response within agreed SLA windows. We work in all major Dubai communities under our Dubai Municipality trade registration.
